Description
Nomi is afraid of dolls. But even she gives into pressure and winds up with an Emmy doll, which has enough artificial intelligence to help you with your homework, communicate with your firends, and organize your life. Nomi's friend Jenna promises that having an Emmy will make her life easier...and will also make her less of an outsider. At first, this works. Nomi's doll is a good listener and a big help. But then the doll starts getting ideas of her own. Bad ideas. Evil ideas. And Nomi realizes : there's no way to turn her off.
